Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love every purchase from METROSFITS, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Eligible items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • With tags and packaging intact

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

To initiate a return, please email contact@metrosfits.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, accessories and items marked Final Sale cannot be returned.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll offer a replacement or full refund.
